Indeed, the The Barre Open Systems Institute of Vermontv(BOSIVT) is an educational community dedicated to the promotion of the development of open source practitioners, we cannot ignore the clouds of war an conflict. We are aware that as the hobbit says in https://nc110.sourceforge.io/, open knowledge/learning serve both dark and light community and we see the war in Ukraine as a great darkness. BOSI wishes to stand in the light. Please see our recent projects as initiatives that will enable the World, Barre Vermont and its citizens, coders students and teachers to grow and develop open source as both a world whide and a local community resource.
Current Projects
BayRakTar - Flight Simulator Drivers
Our basic concepts here involve development of open source drivers which will allow for the
training of Pilots for this open source drone. We believe that we can develop a rich gaming environment that will facilitate development of Open Source Combat Drone Technology. We would suggest the use of [[Visual Bash|visualbash.org]] a methodology we are somewhat proud of.
Arduino
Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.
